Vorienta Thermo

A next-generation modular temperature-controlled storage concept designed to support multiple climate zones within one warehouse. Vorienta Thermo is currently under research and development.

🔬 Currently Under Research & Development

Vorienta Thermo, a multi-temperature smart storage solution in one warehouse.

Our next chamber integrates temperature control into the same modular format, enabling multiple climate zones within a single warehouse without large upfront CAPEX for cold-room infrastructure.

Currently in prototype development. Specifications and availability are subject to change.

Flexible temperature control within one warehouse.

Different products require different storage environments. Vorienta Thermo is being developed as a modular system of individual chambers, allowing businesses to organise selected pallets according to their temperature requirements without committing immediately to one large cold-room installation.

Intended operating model

  • One independently controlled environment for each chamber
  • One fixed operating configuration selected for each chamber based on the stored product
  • Additional pallet positions introduced as demand grows

Multiple temperature zones

Select fixed Frozen, Chilled or Air-conditioned chamber configurations within the same warehouse, subject to the final engineered design.

Capacity that follows demand

Begin with the pallets requiring temperature control today, then add chambers progressively as storage volume and operational demand increase.

Designed around existing operations

Evaluate deployment within an existing facility while considering racking, workflow, power, access, safety and infrastructure requirements.

Storage, monitoring and access working together.

The Thermo concept is being developed around practical warehouse operations rather than temperature control alone. The capabilities below remain under evaluation and are not final product specifications.

Capabilities under evaluation

  • Continuous chamber temperature monitoring
  • Fixed Frozen, Chilled or Air-conditioned configurations, with temperature records and alerts
  • Chamber identification and controlled access
  • Remote operational visibility
  • Integration with upstream warehouse systems where required
  • A simple user interface for sites without WMS integration

Potential applications

Food ingredients, finished products, temperature-sensitive materials, seasonal chilled or frozen inventory, and smaller operations that may not yet justify a full cold-room installation.

Site-specific suitability

Each application must be assessed according to the stored product, temperature range, pallet volume, storage duration, door-opening frequency, warehouse conditions and applicable requirements.

Planning the right Thermo setup.

Before recommending a setup, we first understand what you need to store, the space available and how the chambers will fit into your daily operations.

Why we review your site

A short site review helps us understand your warehouse layout, available space and existing racking so we can propose a practical arrangement.

What you need to store

The products, required Frozen, Chilled or Air-conditioned configuration, pallet size, expected quantity and storage period.

How your warehouse is arranged

Available space, existing racking, access routes and where the chambers could be positioned within your operation.

How your team will use it

How pallets will be loaded and retrieved, how often access is needed and whether the chambers should connect with your existing warehouse systems.

Development roadmap.

The programme is intended to progress from engineering design through controlled testing and site-specific pilot evaluation before any commercial deployment.

Planned development stages

  • Thermal, structural and control-system design
  • Prototype construction and engineering refinement
  • Testing under expected day-to-day use
  • Review of practical operating needs
  • Monitoring and user-interface development
  • Site-specific pilot evaluation before commercial deployment
Development notice: Vorienta Thermo is an early-stage research and development concept. Images and descriptions illustrate the intended development direction and do not represent final specifications, guaranteed performance, regulatory approval or confirmed commercial availability.

Develop the next stage together.

Bringing a new temperature-controlled hardware platform from concept to a validated prototype requires sustained engineering, tooling, manufacturing and testing resources. Vorienta is open to working with organisations that see strategic value in the Thermo concept and wish to contribute to its next development stage.

Potential collaboration may include co-development, sponsored research and development, pilot-site participation, manufacturing support or strategic investment.

Strategic development partnerships

We welcome discussions with warehouse operators, food and supply-chain businesses, engineering organisations, technology providers and aligned investors.

Each collaboration would be structured around a clearly defined scope. Technical contributions, development funding, confidentiality, ownership, commercial rights and expected outcomes would be agreed transparently before work begins.

Discuss A Development Partnership
