Load & Store
Place a pallet inside the Vorienta Chamber and the control system automatically closes* the insulated door to create an airtight storage environment. Each chamber operates independently, enabling pallet-level deployment without changing existing warehouse layouts.
Automated Atmosphere Control
Nitrogen is introduced into the sealed Vorienta Chamber to reduce oxygen to the configured level. Integrated IoT sensors continuously monitor oxygen concentration, temperature and humidity. When oxygen rises above the configured threshold, the control system automatically activates the solenoid valve to replenish nitrogen, maintaining a stable controlled atmosphere with minimal operator intervention.
Smart Retrieval
The platform integrates with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support FIFO, FEFO and warehouse-specific inventory strategies. When a retrieval task is generated, the platform identifies the correct Vorienta Chamber and automatically opens the designated door. Operators are guided directly to the correct pallet, reducing search time, preventing incorrect retrievals and improving warehouse productivity.
*Automatic door operation is designed for integration with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF handheld devices and future ASRS workflows.
For warehouses without WMS integration, Vorienta provides a simple user interface with numbered chamber controls for remote automatic opening and closing of individual chamber doors.
