Reusable Plastic Containers & Pallets

Vorienta supplies practical storage and material handling solutions for warehouses, manufacturers, and supply chains across Singapore.

Dasen Plastic Industrial (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is our trusted manufacturing partner for reusable plastic logistics products. The range includes containers, plastic pallets, industrial bins, tote boxes, and customised storage solutions. We recommend products around each customer’s load, handling, and operational requirements, not a one size fits all catalogue.

Vorienta supports the full process, from engineering consultation and product selection to sourcing, quality coordination, logistics, and local project support. This combination of local technical guidance and established manufacturing capability helps customers simplify procurement, reduce implementation risk, and deploy reliable storage solutions suited to their operations.

Plastic Containers

Types of Plastic Containers, Bins, Totes and Trays

Our range covers standard solid containers, collapsible containers, nestable containers and logistics trays. Vorienta can help match the right type to the size, load and handling needs of your operation.

Standard solid plastic containers
01

Standard Solid Containers

Rigid containers designed for load-bearing performance, automated stacking and stable industrial storage.

Collapsible plastic containers
02

Collapsible Containers

Fold to one fifth of their original volume when empty, reducing storage space and return-logistics cost.

Nestable plastic containers
03

Nestable Containers

Empty containers nest together to improve space utilisation by more than 80% for frequent turnover.

Plastic logistics trays
04

Logistics Trays

Low-profile trays with multiple positioning options for small precision parts, electronics and hardware.

Plastic Pallets

Plastic pallets for storage, transport and automation.

Our plastic pallet range includes open and closed deck options, with different base structures for floor stacking, warehouse circulation, racking and automated storage.

Open deck plastic pallet

Open Deck Pallets

A lightweight grid deck supports ventilation, drainage and stable turnover while helping to reduce material use and cost.

Closed deck plastic pallet

Closed Deck Pallets

A smooth, easy-to-clean deck distributes loads evenly and supports clean handling environments, bagged goods and smaller packaged products.

Base structures

Three-runner plastic pallet base

Three-Runner Base

Four-way fork entry with strong rack-load performance. Steel reinforcement can be incorporated for automated high-bay storage and racking applications.

Full-perimeter plastic pallet base

Full-Perimeter Base

The base runs around the full pallet for greater stability during floor stacking, storage and transport. Forklifts can enter from all four sides for easier warehouse handling.

Reversible double-sided plastic pallet

Reversible Double-Sided Base

Both faces can be used for heavy goods, multi-layer stacking and frequent racking. This structure is intended for forklift handling rather than pallet jacks.

Automated storage system with plastic containers
Automated Storage

Standardised load units for automated operations.

Our plastic containers and pallets are designed to work with AS/RS, AGVs and shuttle systems. Precision injection moulding helps maintain consistent dimensions for reliable conveying, positioning and automated handling.

Plastic containers for conveyors, stackers and automated sorting
Pallets with three-runner, full-perimeter and reversible bases
Pallet configurations for AGV and stacker-crane applications
Reusable load units for circular logistics operations
Automation Fit & Verification

Your plastic selection begins with the equipment interface and operating load.

For an automated application, selected pallets or totes should be reviewed as part of the complete material-handling system rather than treated as standalone items.

System Interface

Confirm compatibility with stacker cranes, four-way shuttles, AGVs, unmanned forklifts, conveyors and the required fork-entry direction.

Load & Dimensional Control

Review static, dynamic and rack loads together with dimensions, diagonal tolerance, surface flatness and in-service deflection.

Test Scope

Testing can cover nominal load, maximum working load, bending, corner impact, durability, environmental performance and material safety.

Final Specification Confirmation

Before production begins, the selected dimensions, load conditions, equipment interface and required test documents are reviewed with the customer. Custom production proceeds after written approval of the final specification.

Selected plastic pallets and containers are designed with reference to recognised industry standards and project requirements, including GB/T 15234-2025, ISO 8611-1, UL 94 and FM Global Data Sheet 8-34 where applicable. Applicable standards, product test reports and project specific compliance requirements should be confirmed for the selected product before deployment, particularly in automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).

Discuss the right container or pallet for your operation.

Share the product being handled, required dimensions, load, usage environment and whether the item will operate with conveyors, AGVs, AS/RS or shuttle systems.
