When standard products are not enough, Vorienta develops specialised storage systems and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) around your facility, workflow and operational requirements. Vorienta's management brings more than 10 years of professional experience in warehouse automation engineering, project delivery and after-sales support, developed through previous industry roles. This experience supports our approach to requirements assessment, system coordination, implementation planning and operational handover.
Every facility presents unique challenges. Rather than supplying a standard system, Vorienta develops specialised storage and ASRS solutions tailored to your operational requirements. Working with trusted engineering and manufacturing partners, we deliver practical solutions designed to integrate seamlessly with your facility, workflows and long term business objectives.
We begin by understanding your business, operational challenges, facility requirements, and what success looks like for your project.
We assess your facility, existing systems (such as WMS, ERP, and automation), and operational workflows to identify constraints, opportunities, and project requirements.
We analyse operational data, including throughput, product characteristics, storage requirements, and building constraints, to develop a solution concept tailored to your operations.
The proposed solution is reviewed with the relevant specialists to ensure technical feasibility before we present a comprehensive proposal outlining the project scope, implementation approach, timeline, and commercial structure.
Where required, Vorienta coordinates a trusted network of Qualified Persons (QPs) and licensed specialists, including architects, civil and structural engineers, mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineers, and Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs), to prepare and coordinate the regulatory submissions required to obtain the necessary approvals before construction and installation can commence.
Detailed engineering is finalised while equipment enters production. We coordinate project schedules, site access, safety requirements, logistics, and installation planning with all stakeholders.
Once the site is ready and the necessary regulatory approvals are in place, equipment deliveries are coordinated and installation is carried out in accordance with the approved engineering drawings, statutory submissions, and the inspection requirements of the appointed project consultants and regulatory authorities, where applicable.
The completed system is thoroughly tested and commissioned against agreed performance criteria, functional requirements, system interfaces, and operational acceptance tests before handover.
Following successful commissioning, we complete final acceptance, provide operator training, hand over project documentation, resolve outstanding items, and transition the system into operational support.
Overseas equipment manufacturers can review Vorienta's Singapore delivery support for technology providers.
High-density, automation-driven storage and retrieval for operations looking to scale throughput without scaling floor space.
Storage and retrieval systems that bring the required inventory to an operator, reducing walking and supporting more consistent picking workflows.
Mobile automation for moving goods, pallets or storage units between defined operational areas.
Equipment and interfaces for moving, transferring and positioning goods between storage and process areas.
Coordination of equipment controls, safety interfaces and operating sequences so the selected technologies work together as one system.
Connecting automation with warehouse software and existing business systems according to the agreed data and operational requirements.
Each project is developed around the site requirements, operating priorities and agreed implementation scope. Share your requirements with us and we can outline a suitable way forward.
Whether it is a rough idea or a detailed specification, share what you are planning and we will help you define the right approach.
