Connected daily-care organiser

TheCoCare reimagines storage as an active part of the daily routine. Clearly separated compartments, configurable reminders and adherence records help individuals keep consistent care routines, while optional sharing lets authorised family members or caregivers see when a routine may need a check-in.

  • Structured physical organisation for recurring care routines
  • Reminders and adherence records presented through a simple interface
  • Permission-based visibility for authorised caregivers and family members
Daily-Care Organisation

Clearly separated compartments and status indicators that make recurring routines easier to organise.

Routine Reminders

Configurable reminders that help users stay on schedule day to day.

Caregiver Visibility

Optional shared status lets authorised family members or caregivers see when a routine may need a check-in.

Activity & Adherence Records

A simple history of organiser activity and planned routines, for clearer conversations with caregivers.

The concept is being developed as an organisational and routine-support tool using structured storage, reminders and optional status sharing. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring or emergency response.

How it started

This product began with a problem inside our own management team. One of us takes daily medication, in the morning and again at night, and could not always recall whether a dose had already been taken. When family asked, sometimes the answer was yes, and sometimes it was not sure.

So the question became simple: why not an organiser that gives the reminder on time, and lets family see that the routine has been done without having to ask? On 20 July 2026 we sketched the first conceptual design on paper.

It was the first project we took on together, and it is the one that brought the team together to form Vorienta. A real problem from daily life, worked through the same way we approach every engineering project.

From design to prototype

We started with an off-the-shelf organiser box and fitted our own opening mechanism to it. Once the mechanism could open the box reliably, we built a compartment prototype of our own to test it.

R&D in progress: the control electronics

Work in progress from our bench. We are building and testing the electronics that will open each compartment on command, from a single lid to all fourteen at once.
